What we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to get it removed. Written to describe what this site actually does rather than to cover every hypothetical.

PostQL is a brand of Axiometry AI Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India, which is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Where we deliver work for a client, that client is usually the controller of the data inside the engagement and we act as a processor on their written instructions.

This policy covers personal data we collect through this website and through the enquiry, scoping and delivery process that follows. It does not cover the data we process inside a client engagement, which is governed by the data processing terms in that engagement's contract.
The consultation form on our contact page asks for your name, your company, your work email, the type of project you are enquiring about, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to carry the conversation forward if you want one.
If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to arrange it, including your name, email and chosen time. The consultation form itself is handled by Web3Forms, who pass the submission to us and whose own terms apply to their handling of it.
Please do not send us confidential client data, personal data about third parties, or special category data through the enquiry form. If an engagement needs that data, we will agree a secure channel and the contractual terms to cover it first.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and roughly where in the world they are. This sets cookies in your browser and sends data to Google, who act as a processor for us and whose own terms apply to their handling of it.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your personal data with data brokers.
The analytics cookies described above are the only non-essential cookies this site sets. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will continue to work normally.
We do not currently present a consent banner. If you are in the EU, the UK or another region that requires prior consent for analytics cookies and you would like your data removed, email us and we will action it.
Where the law requires a lawful basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and in understanding how our website performs, and on the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you. Where consent is the applicable basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
We share personal data only with the service providers who help us operate: our analytics, scheduling, hosting, email and cloud infrastructure providers. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We operate from India and deliver globally, and our providers operate internationally. Your data may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal data out of a region that restricts it, we rely on the transfer mechanisms available to us, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you restart, then deleted. Records connected to an engagement are kept for as long as the contract and our legal, tax and audit obligations require. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for it in a portable format. You can also object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest.
Email hello@post-ql.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority. In India, you may raise the matter with the relevant authority under applicable data protection law.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and the security features of our cloud providers to protect personal data, and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we will tell you and the relevant regulator about a breach affecting your personal data where the law requires it.
This site sells professional services to organisations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
We will update this policy when our practices change, and the date at the top of this page will change with it. Material changes affecting your rights will be flagged on this page.
