Every engagement starts with scoping and ends with your team owning what we built. Below is what each practice covers, who tends to call us about it, and the shape a typical engagement takes.
ML/AI & Data Science
This is the centre of gravity for everything we do. We work alongside your team to find where a model actually changes a business outcome, then build it end to end: data pipelines, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and the deployment and monitoring that keeps it honest once real traffic hits it. We are equally comfortable inheriting a stalled proof of concept as we are starting from a blank sheet.
Teams with data they suspect is valuable but no clear path from it to a decision, and teams whose models work in a notebook but have never survived contact with production.
AI application development
Most organisations do not need a model trained from scratch; they need existing model capability wired into the systems their people already work in, answering from their own documents rather than from the open internet. We build that: assistants grounded in your content, agents that carry out multi-step tasks against your APIs, and AI features inside existing products. The part that decides whether it survives contact with users is the unglamorous half, so we treat retrieval quality, evaluation and failure behaviour as the deliverable rather than the demo.
Teams with a working product or a body of internal knowledge who want AI inside it, and who need to be able to say what it will do when it is wrong.
NLP solutions
Most organisations are sitting on text they cannot use: claim forms, clinical notes, support threads, contracts, product feedback. We build the systems that turn that text into structured, queryable, auditable data: extraction and classification pipelines, semantic search, summarisation, and retrieval-backed assistants that cite their sources instead of inventing them.
Operations and compliance teams drowning in unstructured documents, and product teams who want language features that are accurate enough to put in front of a customer.
Automation & workflows
Automation projects fail when they encode a process nobody has looked at properly. We start by mapping what your team really does, including the spreadsheet steps and the workarounds, and only then decide what to automate, what to redesign, and what to leave alone. The result is usually a mix of orchestration, integration between systems that were never meant to talk, and a handful of models doing the judgement-heavy steps.
Operations leaders with a process that has grown past the tooling around it, and teams whose systems each hold part of the truth and none of it together.
Webex integrations
Webex is where a lot of organisations already coordinate, approve and escalate, but it usually sits disconnected from the systems where the work is recorded. We build the integrations that close that gap: bots that action requests without a context switch, embedded apps that surface the right record inside a space, and meeting workflows that capture and route what was agreed.
Enterprises standardised on Webex who want approvals, alerts and case handling to happen where the conversation is already taking place.
Android & iOS development
We build Android and iOS applications for the places where a web app is not enough: warehouses without reliable signal, clinical settings with strict data handling rules, field teams working from shared devices. That usually means offline-first data handling, integration with scanners, cameras and peripherals, and a managed release path onto fleets of devices. Where both platforms are in scope we share the domain and sync layers between them and keep the UI native to each, rather than shipping one compromised build to both.
Organisations rolling applications out to staff devices or managed hardware, on either platform or both, where connectivity, peripherals or device management are part of the problem.
Not sure which one you need
You do not need to have decided whether this is a modelling problem, a workflow problem or an application problem. Describe what is going wrong and we will tell you which it is, including if the answer is that you do not need us.
We reply to every enquiry within one business day.
